How to build a squad
The official descriptions define roles, not a launch-day tier list. A balanced starting concept is to cover three needs: someone who can hold or break a front line, someone who can sustain the squad, and someone who can create or exploit long-range openings.
Heavy + Medic + Scout or Sharpshooter is a sensible role-coverage example. It is not presented as the strongest team; real encounter data is required before ranking classes.
Customization rules
Hawks and hired Operators can be customized through appearance, voice, specialization, talents, and equipment choices. The official final-trailer article lists eight species for created Operators: Devaronian, Human, Neimoidian, Ovissian, Togruta, Twi’lek, Weequay, and Zabrak.
